Please note: The amounts in Euro are only approximate values provided for reference. All payments must be made exclusively in PLN.

Registration fees

The fee is given in PLN and includes the credit card transaction surcharges. In the case of bank transfer payment participants are obliged to cover all the bank charges.

Early registration fee will be accepted only if it is received before 15 November 2025.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing to konferencje@uj.edu.pl. For cancellations received by 15 December 2025 full amount will be refunded (minus banking charges). After this date, the fee will not be refunded.

Available methods of payment:

1. By card or on-line transfer:

After logging in to the registration system, please click Pay on-line

Tick the registration fee and click Pay on-line. You will automatically be transferred to the payment window (Polcard). Please follow the instructions there.

2. By bank transfer:

After logging in to the registration system, please click Participant settlement.

The bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference name (ICCAP26).

In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

Invoices and payment confirmation:

Participants who require an invoice for registration fee should choose YES and add all the invoice data in the system.

Important!

The invoice data must be provided in the system before the payment is made.

Otherwise, the invoice will not be issued.

Please make sure all the invoice data is correct.

Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be changed.

A note for the Jagiellonian University affiliates:

The employees and students of the Jagiellonian University should not provide invoice data in the registration system.

Instead, they should email a request for issuing an accounting note (“nota wewnętrzna”) to konferencje@uj.edu.pl.

The request should contain: participant name, the name of a university unit (faculty, institute) and its address.
